Aioli

For about 1 pint, you're going to need...

  • Ingredients
  • 200g neutral oil
  • 4g salt
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 egg yolks
  • Time
  • About 2 minutes
  • Equipment
  • immersion blender
  • tall, narrow container

Preparation

Crush garlic with a garlic press or the side of a knife.

Add all ingredients into a tall, narrow container.

Blend together thoroughly with immersion blender.
